Our Policies

When you book an appointment with us, your reserved time is dedicated exclusively to you. A AU$80 deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment, which will be credited towards your treatment. We will send you a courtesy reminder via SMS or email, but it is your responsibility to confirm your appointment.

Please note that credit card payments may incur transaction fees, which vary depending on the payment method used.

Credit Card Fees

We require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel, miss, or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice of the original scheduled time, your deposit will be non-refundable and applied as a late cancellation fee.

Cancellation

Patients with multiple cancellations or missed appointments, we will require the full cost of treatment to be prepaid upfront as a deposit at the time of booking.
