Cancellations and Bookings

Our staff will always consider our patients’ circumstances when handling their bookings. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure our clinical resources and staff are allocated to provide the best possible care on time.

Our practice requires 48h notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We will send you a courtesy reminder (sms or email), but it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours prior to original booking, cancellation fee of $100 may be charged. Our “failed to attend” fee is $100. When multiple cancellations have occurred, we will require the cost of the treatment prepaid upfront as a deposit at the time of booking.

When appointment length is 60 min or more the deposit may be taken depending on the complexity of your treatment plan. This deposit is a credit towards your account and will be applied on the day of your scheduled treatment. If the appointment is cancelled, missed or rescheduled within 48-hours of the appointment time again, the full amount of this deposit becomes non-refundable.


Online Bookings

When making online bookings $80 will be charged. This fee is credited towards your invoice and becomes non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48h period prior to your booking. Please note: credit card payments attract different percentages of transaction fees
